- Secured by friction locking between the wall plug and the substrate
- The wall plug is made of high-quality polyamide
- Push-through installation
- Can be load-bearing immediately – no waiting time
- Low tightening torque required for screw installation → minimal expansion of the plug, the plug remains practically in place
- Very strong thread locking
- High load capacity thanks to the four-way expanding plug
- Improved load-bearing capacity due to even and continuous load distribution across the entire expansion area
- Universal frame plug (concrete, perforated or solid brick masonry, lightweight concrete)
- The plug design prevents premature expansion during push-through installation
- Wall plug and special screw are pre-assembled → fewer installation steps
- Improved load distribution in solid and hollow structures
- Drill perforated brick using a rotary drill (do not use hammer action).
- When fixing into solid brick or calcium silicate brick, we recommend performing a pull-out test due to variations in brick manufacturing.
- Remove drilling dust from the drill hole.
W-UR 10 (zinc-plated steel, stainless steel):
European Technical Approval ETA-08/0190
The plug is made of high-quality polyamide
Shear load:
F30, F60, F90, F120 (vertically perforated brick, perforated calcium silicate brick, solid brick, lightweight concrete)
Fire resistance W-UR 10:
Concrete:
Tensile load and shear load, R30, R60, R90, R120 (in accordance with technical report TR 020)
Tensile load in masonry:
F30 (calcium silicate brick, solid brick, perforated calcium silicate brick)
- The frame anchor has been issued a European Technical Approval, according to which it can be used for series fixings in non-load-bearing structures (e.g. façades and suspended ceilings)
- W-UR, W-UR F can be fixed to the following substrates: Normal concrete, masonry walls (solid brick, calcium silicate brick, vertically perforated brick, perforated calcium silicate brick, lightweight concrete hollow blocks, lightweight concrete solid blocks and solid blocks, concrete blocks), lightweight concrete
- Installation temperatures: Substrate temperature: ≥ -20 °C
- Wall plug temperature: ≥ 0 °C
- Screws made of stainless steel can be used outdoors, in industrial environments and in coastal areas
- For example, for fixing façades, roofs and roof substructures (wood/steel), wooden beams, wooden battens, metal brackets, metal rails, suspended ceilings, cable trays, angle plates, profiles and wall-mounted cabinets/shelves
