Safe and simple
Precise cutting results can be achieved with incredible ease owing to automatic lowering of the sawing frame with four adjustable lowering speeds, as the correct contact pressure can be applied every time to prevent the sawing belt from deviating.
Ergonomic handle
Constant, need-based cutting speed
Powerful 2000 W motor with constant electronics facilitates an optimal cutting speed that is matched to the workpiece, which can be selected according to the size and temperature sensitivity of the materials.
Quick adjustment to the common standard mitres
Fixed angle stops at 0° and 45°
Environmentally friendly and user-friendly

Datasheets(X)
For cutting steel, aluminium, copper, brass, cast metal, plastic and stainless steel.
This device has been developed and manufactured for dry cutting. The use of coolants can render the device unusable. Allow the sawing belt to wear in properly. Otherwise the cutting accuracy of the sawing belt may be impaired. For the first two or three cuts, use a work piece made of a solid material with a diameter of approx. 40-50 mm. Apply cuts initially under light pressure only. Slowly increase the contract pressure. Bandsaw PBS 160-AUTOMATIC is designed for operation with clockwise rotation. When fitting the sawing belt, ensure the teeth align correctly.
