Hardened steel, zinc-plated, blue passivated, partial thread, countersunk milling head with lower fin thread, AW drive, surfaces:
Solid wood (coniferous wood, ash, beech, oak), laminated beams, cross-laminated timber (CLT), laminated veneer lumber (coniferous wood or BauBuche), OSB and chipboard.
Advantages:
Approved load-bearing spacing assembly screw in accordance with ETA 11/0190 with wobble-free placement characteristics and low edge clearances. Short assembly times possible thanks to simple placement, high power transmission, clean head countersinking and quick adjustment.
Head:
Countersunk milling head with underhead thread and AW® drive for wobble-free fit of the bit and very high power transmission.
Milling pockets:
Easy and clean countersinking of the screw is made possible thanks to its milling pockets.
Thread:
Asymmetric partial thread with underhead thread with sharp threads and increased gradient for 25% shorter screw-in times.
Plastic non-friction coating:
High-quality slide coating to reduce friction and for easy screwing in.
Tip:
Precise positioning of the screw is no problem at all thanks to the centring drill tip, which was specially designed for this purpose. The drilling cutting edges, just like a Forstner bit, guarantee perfect drilling performance and perfect positioning close to the edge in thin wood cross-sections.
